About us
Larysa Malinoff, having the designation of Enrolled Agent (EA), has the distinction of being able to discuss tax matters on your behalf directly with the IRS. As a former IRS employee herself, Larysa is able to leverage that experience to effectively meet all of our customer's tax needs. Enrolled Agent is the highest credential recognized by the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Enrolled agents such as Larysa have been thoroughly vetted and trained, including regular continuing education courses and has requirements to maintain ethical standards in order to maintain her status as an Enrolled Agent. Information about being an Enrolled Agent can be found on the IRS website HERE. In addition, she is experienced in using QuickBooks Online and is currently pursing a ProAdvisor status within the QuickBooks system. Larysa has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, and has been a part of the tax preparation industry for over 17 years.
Steve Malinoff has worked in the tax preparation industry for 5 years. In addition to this work, he has over 30 years of management experience in working for a variety of companies of various sizes. This experience includes business analysis, insurance, banking, finance, and retail. Additionally, he has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Steve has also worked in other professional roles and has a variety of experience, including contract negotiation support, financial analysis, and data interpretation. Steve's experience gives him a unique insight to tax preparation and the financial implications of various tax strategies.
Having a combined 20 plus years of experience in tax preparation, including preparation for individuals, businesses, self employed sole proprietors, partnerships, non profits, and trusts, Larysa and Steve strive to work diligently to support you in your efforts to minimize your tax exposures. Taxes are difficult to deal with. Tax laws change every year – sometimes they even change for the prior year. In addition to tax preparation, we offer other services such as Bookkeeping, Business analysis, and more.
